Delujo’s goal is to make our customers happy with every product they order from us. We do not offer exchange and return on our item especially if you receive the exact item you ordered. On the other hand, you can return or exchange the product if it is incorrect or damaged.
Here’s what to do if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
- Call us at +923374801031 to speak with our customer service center. Send us an email at deluja22@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0337-4801031. Our group will help you with this.
Within seven days of delivery, you can return the delivered items to the online department and apply for a refund.
- Include the original invoice with the product. Items must be undamaged and packaged in its original packing with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged condition and not altered.
NOTE
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.
- No cash refunds, only online store coupons available for out-of-stock items
- Company decisions in these matters will be considered final.
- Items sold under the UP TO 50% And More discounts are subject to a ‘NO-CLAIM, NO-RETURN’ policy.
- Change of Mind is not applicable.
- Customer will send product on their own. However, the return shipping amount will only be refunded if the product was damaged or not as per the order.
- Exchange is not possible without the original receipt.
